When you are requested to verify your account you can upload the necessary document(s) through our safe & secure document upload feature by going to My Account > Verification. As soon as you have selected the right category for the document, you will then be able to upload it onto your account and, once finished, do not forget to press the green 'Send for verification' button.
Simply log in to your account and click 'Deposit' at the top of the page. Choose your preferred deposit method from the available options, inserting payment details where required. Please note that future withdrawals should be made back to the depositing method. Deposits made by a Paysafecard will require Bank Transfer payment method to be used when making future withdrawals.

Once a withdrawal has been successfully processed and released from our end, a time period will apply depending on the payment method used, these can be seen below: Bank Transfer: 2-7 banking days. Visa/Mastercard: 2-5 banking days. Neteller & Skrill: Immediately. Trustly: Immediately to most larger banks and 1-3 banking days to others. The expected processing time will be displayed when you request your withdrawal. You will always receive a confirmation e-mail once the withdrawal has been processed from our end. If your withdrawal has been processing for more than 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support Team to check on the progress.
