What is 'Cashout' and how do I use it?
What?
Cashout allows you to get money back on your bet before the event you are betting on is over.
The amount of money you get back is determined by a formula based on the price of your original bet and the current market values of the selections at the time of cashing out. This means it could be greater or less than the initial stake, depending on how likely your bet was to win.
When cashout is confirmed, your original wager will come to an end and we will pay you the cashout price. The acceptance of a Cashout Request does not represent a new wager, it is an agreement to end the original wager early.
While we try to offer Cashout on as many events as possible, but it might not be available for less popular sports.
How?
To cashout a wager you must select 'Confirm Cashout' or 'Confirm' (a Cashout Request). You cannot cancel a Cashout Request once it has been confirmed.
We may, at our absolute discretion, choose to accept or decline a Cashout Request. This Request may not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to a change in odds or the suspension of a market (including any leg of a multi wager).
If a Cashout Request is not accepted for some reason, a message will be shown advising you that the Cashout Request was declined, and a new Cashout Price may be offered to you. If you did not make a Cashout Request in relation to the new Cashout Price offered, settlement of the original wager will take place, based on the original instructions and odds when the wager was accepted.
Partial Cashout is now available on selected events. When the Cashout function is available, you will see a sliding bar to choose how much of your original stake you would like to Cashout up to the full available amount.
When you slide to the desired cashout amount, you will be shown both the amount you will be cashing out, as well as the remaining stake, and asked to confirm your decision.
