Hi, How can we help?

How does the single poker wallet and currency exchange rate work?

  • The single poker wallet allows you to have a bird’s eye view over the money in your account, making it easier for you to play on any real money game of your choice. Forget about transferring money to and from your main account into a separate poker wallet. Your main wallet will be set in your local currency, whilst the iPoker network base currency is Euros, information will be displayed in your local currency.
  • When you make a buy-in into a tournament, being the network base currency Euros rest assured that you will have the most up-to-date exchange rate provided by the bank. It will also be locked until you finish that specific game session meaning, when leaving the table you will get the exact same rate regardless if this has gone up or down during this time.
  • As an example, if you have 1000 Swedish Kroners in your account and you buy into a tournament for 20 Euros, the exchange rate of that particular moment will be applied and the remaining money appearing in the poker client will be adjusted, giving you a balance that would appear in Euros. The money in your main account however will always appear in Swedish Kroners as a standard rule. As a customer this is a positive option for you as your single wallet will always remain in Swedish Kroners meaning you will not be affected by any possible fluctuating exchange rates while you play. Now, you can benefit from an updated daily exchange rate instead of just locking up your money in a EUR poker wallet for a long period of time.
