Self Exclusion

In order to set a Self-Exclusion, log in to your account and go to 'My Account' > 'Responsible Gaming' > 'Self Exclusion'.

Here, simply select a period for the self-exclusion:

  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 18 months
  • 24 months
  • Indefinitely

If you are unsure which period to select, you can contact Customer Support. Once you have selected the period, click 'Self Exclude' to complete the process.

Please note that once your account has been self-excluded, it cannot be re-opened before the self-exclusion period is over. You will also not be able to open a new account to play instead if your original account has been self-excluded.
