How can I change my registered e-mail address?
- In order to update your e-mail address registered to your account, please send an e-mail to support-en@betsson.com from the new e-mail address you would like to switch to.
- Please send an e-mail with the following message and details:
"I wish to change my email address from "xxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx to xxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx".
- Your full name
- Date of birth
- Residential Address
- For security purposes, we also require a copy of a valid ID attached along with the above details.
- One of our Customer Support agents will contact you once the request has been reviewed.
