In order to update the Marketing Notification settings, simply go to 'My Account' and below 'Account Settings', click on 'Marketing Settings'.

Here you can choose to receive notifications via E-mail, SMS or Phone. Once the changes have been made, click 'Save Settings' to save the changes.
