How do I close my account?

  • In order to request to have your account closed, you would need to contact our Customer Support Team. 
  • We also offer the below features that you can activate within your account:
  • Time-Out: Do you feel that you need to take a break from playing? The Time-Out feature allows you to deactivate your account for a time period from the following:
  1. 24 hours
  2. 7 days
  3. 1 month
  4. 2 months
  5. 3 months
  6. Self-Exclusion: This feature allows you to deactivate your account for a time period of the following:
  7. 6 months
  8. 12 months
  9. 18 months
  10. 24 months
  11. Indefinitely
  • You will not be able to login to your account for the duration of the selected time period and you will not receive newsletters from Betsson via e-mail.
