I had funds deducted due to inactivity, why?

  • If you have received a notification stating that funds have been deducted from your gaming account, this is because your account is in an Inactive or Dormant state.
  1. Inactive accounts: Have not been accessed for at least 12 months.
  2. Dormant accounts: Have not been accessed for at least 30 months.
  • Inactive accounts which still hold funds will have an administration fee of 5€ (or equivalent in other currency) deducted every month until the account is activated again or there is no longer any balance. If the balance is 0€, no fee will be deducted.
  • If, for example, 0.40€ are left in an account, the only amount taken will be these 0.40€ and no other amount is to be debited.
  • We will send out an email to your account´s registered email address 30 days before your account becomes inactive, if it holds any funds.
  • We will also send out an email confirming an account has become inactive (after 12 months) and that a 5€ fee will be deducted every month, as long as the account holds any funds.
  • A third email will be sent 5 days before your account becomes dormant (30 months without any login) confirming that any remaining funds will be transferred to the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority).
